Yogi Sean: What happens is, at the beginning of our path, at our initial meeting with this Guru, we experience this resonance, and we say much as what you’re saying the ’shaktipat’, the power, is coming from the Guru. He or she is planting it in me. And this is the first step of devotion, the first step of Bhakti Yoga. What is this doing? What this is doing is saying that a sense of Who, a sense of home, a sense of belonging, a sense of continuity, is being awakened within you. And you’re doing it with an external source.
Interviewer: Okay, so you’re saying that this phase is normal, then.
Yogi Sean: It’s very, very normal, and for 99 percent of us, it’s essential. We need to become a follower first. We need to feel, to feel the sense of Wholeness arising in us. We need to get acquainted with it.
Interviewer: So it’s okay to be a devotee in the beginning, then.
Yogi Sean: It is wonderful to be a devotee. It is majestic to be a devotee.
Interviewer: Well, I like the word majestic. That’s a great term. It’s almost like in the beginning, I’d like to be a devotee, because I don’t have to do the driving. In other words, I can actually listen and learn.
Yogi Sean: And the difficulty, of course, is that a lot of people just stay right there.
Interviewer: Even though we live in this incredibly autonomous, independent country, you’re saying that some American students are perfectly happy to just let their teacher drive? “Leave the driving to us, and never progress beyond that.”
Yogi Sean: Yes, I am saying that, and it happens in many different ways. People will memorize the Sadhanas, the teachings, the methods of meditation, and they will hold strictly, without variation, to every single word, to every single visualization, exactly.
Interviewer: And of course, that never makes it theirs. It’s just like in the Dancing with the Dakinis series, you said “Well, you may not want to use a Tibetan dakini from a tonka. You might want for your practice to have a picture of a beautiful girl from Cosmopolitan.”
Yogi Sean: Or even from Playboy. In other words, what you want to do is understand that you’re supposed to get excited by the picture of this woman. That’s part of it, too. It’s so fascinating because we get hung up on these terms peaceful deity, wrathful deity, semi-wrathful deity.

Beginning with the birth of Jesus and the Magi visiting with their gifts to him, giving christening gifts to babies has been a beloved institution. Traditionally, a gift given to a baby at his or her christening is thought of as a memento and reminder of the occasion. Finding the perfect keepsake can be difficult because there or so many things to choose from.
Christening silver has become a very popular keepsake for this event. A gift of christening silver that is a thoughtful but at the same time practical is a silver-plated baby rattle. The baby can have hours of fun with the shiny rattle and when the child grows up, there is something special to pass on to his or her own baby. A silver frame to hold a photograph taken of the baby at the christening would certainly make mom and dad happy. A gift of christening silver can be in the form of child’s silver bracelet in sterling silver or a pretty little silver cross pendant necklace.
Antique silver christening gifts are even more special to the parents and to the child as he or she grows up. Antique christening silver can become a family heirloom to be passed on to children and grandchildren for years. Some examples of excellent antique christening silver gifts are silver spoons, bib clasps, and pewter angels. Antique silver christening mugs are considered a perfect gift for a baby, especially when the baby’s name is engraved on it. A wonderful tradition can be born with the presentation of this gift. Every year on your child’s birthday, bring out the mug during the birthday celebration for the child to use.
Christening silver is a classy, thoughtful gift that the parents and child will prize forever.

During the time of Sakyamuni Buddha, a man was born blind. This blind man had a good friend who was trying to explain to him about the existence of light. However, the blind man responded, “I do not believe in the world of light. There is no such thing as light. If it existed, I should be able to touch it. It has no substance and thus it is not real. Everything real has weight but I feel no weight or shape where you see light. If light really existed, it would emit sound as soon as I strike it. It would also have a particular taste or aroma. Since this light has no weight, shape, sound, taste or smell, therefore it does not exist.”
His friend then decided to seek the advice from Buddha and then Buddha said, “There is no use trying to argue with him about the existence of light but take him to see a physician, maybe the physician can offer some help.”
Then he took his blind friend to visit a physician and upon checking, the physician managed to detect the cause of his blindness which was due to the cataract. After the physician applied remedies to the cataract, his vision was restored. At the moment when he saw light for the very first time, there were tears in his eyes. He immediately said, “So, this is light!”
The existence of light cannot be explained theoretically to the blind man. The blind person cannot appreciate its existence but could immediately realize its existence once he could see it. The cataract represents the illusion of thought and many of us are like the blind man when it comes to the mystical essence of truth. It cannot be explained theoretically about its existence and validity. A lot of us are still ignorant of the truth and reality about our existence in the universe. This is because our vision, which is our perception of the world act in the same way like the blind man’s vision that was blocked by the cataract.
What is reality to a scientist? What is a scientist’s perception of truth? If scientist cannot substantiate a fact through any physical means or scientific experiments or tests via hypothesis, it is considered to be untrue. For example, centuries ago human beings perceived the world is flat and if you keep on sailing until the edge of the world, your ship would fall off, until Columbus proved them wrong. This is a fundamental flaw in perceiving the truth and scientists go by the dictum “seeing is believing” to prove a point or existence.
On 18th September 1977, an Underworld Emperor “Bian Cheng Wang” in charge of the Sixth Tribunal said:
“Nowadays, human beings say that because of science, there are no more spirits or devils; therefore, we now see or hear of so many murders, robberies, treacheries and lecheries throughout the land, and so, people tend to live for today and don’t care for tomorrow; and if they are not spotted by government laws they dare to do anything and everything. That is why we see so many moral obligations being flouted everywhere. This is what we call the material world of the present day and that being so, it really pains the heart.
When those human beings who do not believe in the existence of spirits and devils, and those who do not believe in cause and effect, and those who lead sinful lives, die, their souls cannot escape the punishment awaiting them in our Prisons in Hades. Roughly speaking, the ‘net of heaven’ is very large and has plenty of holes, yet no sinful soul can escape. In other words, the Mills of God grind slowly but surely. Heaven’s retribution is slow but sure.”
A Heavenly being with a Third Divine Eye by the name of Wang Jian on 30th May 1977 said, “This third eye is a heavenly eye, a combination of heaven, earth and self; sun, moon and stars shining towards each other. Therefore the power is very great, especially to catch the evil spirits on Earth; when evil spirits see me, they are very frightened. Those who are far-sighted, when they lift up their heads heaven-wards and see the deities and spirits there, how dare they do evil?”
We cannot see the Emperor of the Underworld or the Heavenly being Wang Jian but yet their words are full of wisdom and logic. Seeing is believing, as the saying goes but how many people can really see such divine beings? We cannot just discount them as fairy tales and insist on seeing before believing especially the punishment in the Underworld or the wonder of Paradise such as the existence of the Heavenly world. We cannot see wind but can see its impact and feel its movement. We cannot touch air but we know its existence by surviving on them.
There are a lot of natural phenomena, especially those that relate to our spirituality, of which we are ignorant or have very little understanding. However, it does not mean that they do not exist or are untrue. If we want to understand deeper into the nature of truth, we have to widen our horizon of realization and also elevate our scope of perception. Otherwise, our understanding of the world will always be limited by our view of reality and truth and we shall fail to see the true colors of things, people, nature and circumstances.

T.A Chew met two blind men in 1993. He gave them a lift and while inside his car, the two blind men talked about Jesus Christ as the only savior. He managed to explain to them that God is the same and there are many other religions that can also lead them back to Heaven. Website: http://www.white-sun.com

Who started that BIG LIE? Undoubtedly those with
something to sell, the modern moneychangers! Look at the folks
about you rushing like sheep to the slaughter, to the “sales”
and such that they simply CANNOT AFFORD. Going into debt
certainly isn’t biblical, so why not break free from the trance?
The “Christmas” rush is a “drug” pushed by commercial pimps
prostituting a supposedly Christian holiday for their ungodly
profits! They hold hands around the cash register and sing,
“What a friend we have in Jesus.”
The whole idea of giving gifts has gotten out of hand. First:
it’s not Jesus’ birthday. Second: the wise men didn’t exchange
gifts amongst each other but gave their gifts fit for a King to
the King of the Jews (two years old and living in a house at
that time - which is why Herod slaughtered the children two
years and under trying to abort the Messiah’s ascension to
David’s Throne).
If Christmas is supposed to be about Christ (and some sincerely
believe it is, still in denial that it’s a pagan holiday God
wants no part of), why let Santa steal the show? Why
do folks pretend they care that Jesus was born when they deny
His life the rest of the year? Why do folks get angry when
you mention these facts and they’re not even religious? The herd
doesn’t want their trance broken, so they’ll go broke keeping
alive pagan festivals and foolishness that will be the death of
many.
“Harmless” Christmas celebrations, abominations to God and
rejected by Christ, are setting the stage for our worst
nightmare: our family and friends are going to be shipped off
like cattle, since our countries are prophesied to suffer
national defeat and deportation due to such idolatrous ideas and
tinsel traditions! WAKE UP!
Christmas is
an ABOMINATION.
